By accessing or using Grovis Money ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Grovis Money is a financial product marketplace that facilitates connection between users and financial institutions. We are not a bank, NBFC, insurer, or investment advisor. All financial products are offered by third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when applying for any financial product. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and legal action.

Submitting an application through Grovis Money does not guarantee approval of any financial product. Approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective financial institution.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Grovis Money or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Grovis Money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any financial product obtained through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
